Rachel I. Song, MD is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with a variety of interests including dry eye disease, cataracts, glaucoma as well as diabetic eye disease. Dr. Song completed her undergraduate studies at Haverford College in Haverford, PA. She attended Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA, where she graduated with honors. She completed a one-year internal medicine internship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, NY. She then completed her ophthalmology residency at Boston University Medical Center/Boston University School of Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Her extensive training in a major metropolitan area provided exposure to a variety of disease processes that have well-equipped her for her ophthalmologic career.

As a recent transplant to Dallas, she is excited to serve patients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She is fluent in Korean and can speak conversational Spanish.
