Danielle Block, MD, is a board-eligible ophthalmologist. She received her medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center where she was selected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She is completing her ophthalmology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.

Dr. Block will be joining our practice in August 2025. As a comprehensive ophthalmologist, she will provide treatment for cataracts, dry eye disease, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, and various other eye conditions. Dr. Block is eager to serve her patients and provide excellent eye care through a thorough, patient-centered approach. Outside her work as an ophthalmologist, Dr. Block and her family, enjoy traveling, playing pickleball, and skiing. They also love spending time with their dog, Frankie.
